Rick to Present “Law Every Personal Trainer Should Know” at the Annual Conference of Personal Trainers/Strength and Conditioning Professionals

Rick Collins will be presenting the latest information about training and the law at the upcoming NSCA Annual Conference in Las Vegas. The 40th Annual Conference will be taking place from July 12th through July 15th – with Rick presenting on Saturday afternoon to address today’s most critical legal issues facing those throughout the fitness industry.

It’s all too easy to be the target of a lawsuit. How can you protect yourself as a fitness professional? Rick, a former competitive bodybuilder and fitness trainer who is certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®), will be providing attendees with important information about how to avoid being sued, and will also share his knowledge about the legalities of providing nutrition advice and the regulations surrounding dietary supplements and PEDs. In addition, he will be meeting with fitness professionals and trainers to answer any questions regarding the complex and changing areas of law that apply to fitness professionals and personal trainers, offering insight into current regulations and sharing his industry knowledge with conference attendees.

As a featured speaker at this year’s Annual Conference, Rick (who has lectured before for NSCA) will be joining with leaders and trailblazers from across strength and conditioning at what is known as one of the industry’s top educational events of the year. The conference will feature cutting-edge presentations from industry leaders, as well as hands-on sessions by renowned professors, researchers, strength coaches and personal trainers.
